Game runs great -- but slow animation (walking/attacking)

I would first like to say, this is only game that has captured me right away. From the moment it loaded, I've been hooked

It's a great game, but.... having some technical problems.
Everything at first seems to work fine, the game runs. The game menus are smooth. Movies/sounds everything looks fine. The problem is the *walking* and *attacking* animations are slower than a snail. I thought the game was suppose to be slow-pace at first, then I watched trailer and the people are walking about x100 faster.
So I'm wondering if I can get any advice on fixing this, without upgrading my PC?
The performance rating is usually around 20ish.
I do have an older computer.
My computer stats are: 2.1 ghz, WinXP, 512mb ram, integrated video card (intel intel 82845G)
Can't really afford to upgrade, my hardware at the moment.
Things I've tried:
OpenGl mode (The whole game ran slow)
Tried changing resolutions, and toggled to 16-bit.
I probably have latest video card drivers, but that's my next goal to check into that. Plus sound card drivers.

A couple of things.
The onboard video is likely killing your performance. From my experience anything above 15ish starts to feel pretty sluggish.
Have you tried switching the game to low detail? It sucks that it reduces the visible area, but it can sometimes give you just enough extra speed.
Also not a big fan of Win XP machines with less than 1GB of ram, but it's probably not the problem, unless the machine has a lot of bloatware.
Other than upgrading, recommendations would be to make sure you shut down any other open programs, disable antivirus, defrag your hard drive, etc.

That's rather weird. I take it by 2.1 GHz, you mean a single core? I've heard of speed problems in games relating to multi-cores... I myself have a tri-core, though, and I don't experience any problems. Also, it might be the integrated graphics. But I have integrated graphics (Radeon 3200), and I get a constant performance rating of 3....
What I can tell you though, is that this probably isn't because of insufficient hardware. Your computer certainly isn't top-notch (no offense), but considering that everything else runs fine, this is most likely some sort of a driver problem, or a strange issue. Maybe try running it in windowed mode, or re-installing?

Your integrated graphics is light years ahead of Zambezi's. Yours has Pixel Shader 4.0 support, the 845G doesn't know what a pixel shader is. I'm thinking that the game is calling for some commands in DirectX and Opengl that the 82845G can't process on it's own and therefore has to be done via software, which heavily taxes the processor.
The only processor I've known to run on an 845 chipset natively clocked @ 2.1GHz is a Celeron, which would further explain the poor performance. I've always called the Celeron "Celery"... light on calories a.k.a. light on performance... >.<

I didn't realize he was running a Celeron...
Still, though, the fact that everything else runs fine seems strange to me. I suppose some questions should be asked: does the textbox pop up with messages at normal speed? When you open inventory/stats/equipment does the menu open at a normal speed? My theory is that the entire game is running poorly, but you don't recognize it. Then it would be a pretty clear-cut case of insufficient hardware. Frankly, I think you'd need to buy a whole new computer if your hardware is insufficient. Normally, I'd say that RAM is pretty cheap now, and a decent graphics card isn't too bad either, but with a processor like that, you're better off starting over.
If yes to those aforementioned questions, however, then my hunch that it's a driver/compatibility problem stands.

If your game seed have to OK but animation is slow so your graphics card having a virus . Well its my things because this types of problem i had in my PC thats way I am telling you. Otherwise you system RAM problem IF you want to play 3D game so you have at least 2 GB RAM in your system.
