Cheat method

For those getting tired of constant save/loads during fights, here is a very simple cheat :
When you fight, hit the ennemy and just after, before they reply, hit escape on the keyboard. Then hit escape again to return to the game, and ... the ennemies "forgot" to reply.
And so on ...

And I thought I was addicted to save and reload... .
(Thankfully I kept it restricted to chests and barrels. I've since given it up. Cold turkey's the best way, in this case. No withdrawal effects, either.)
(But seriously, Zoom: thanks for the tip. It's an interesting one. I might even try it out, if I ever tear myself away from NWN2.)

My son (age 39) does this a lot and suggested it to me but I don't like it. If I can see an advancing fight, I will save before the battle. That way if I find out they are too tough or I need more potions I can reload and run and come back later. If you save in the middle of a battle, you have less chance of survival and running without injuries.
