Given that the CD version of book II includes a number of extras (multiple OS versions, maps), are there any plans to offer a downloadable version (e.g. an .ISO image) to save on delivery costs? (especially for overseas buyers).

I think its a good idea. Most likely i would by that edition. Only problem is that piracy will be more likely, on the other hand, piracy is gonna happen no matter what anyway. So yeh, i would like to see a downloadable version in iso format including all extras.
