Sparrow, Hammerlorne key and "The True Healer" challenge

After talking with Sparrow in Broken Blade in any case she becomes hostile (if I said passphrase or not). And if i kill her, it results "The True Healer" challenge to be failed. (as if I allowed a friendly aligned person to be killed) - is it a bug or not? And if not, then how to obtain the key she holds without failing the challenge?

It's not a bug. You can obtain a key without Sparrow being killed or even talked to... it just requires more searching and being more devious...

Or using mage spell lock melt or enough pick locks and lock picks you can open the door without failing the True Healer challenge. You miss out on some experience, but it is a challenge.

I killed sparrow and received the hammerlorne key.

A friend of mine told me this activates the main quest / crux of ages quest ?

I received no (main)quest/crux of ages quest.. This a bug?

It activates part of a quest IF you've been to the hidden guild headquarters and spoken to the two men inside first.
