I've found three bells (green, blue and yellow), but where are the last one?

I have been all over the maps even completed the mines and the only bell I
have found is the lutescent bell from thieves arcadia, I know the general area of the others but cant find them, can some one provide specific directions? in particualar I searched every nook and area of EASTWILLOW without success-finaly gave up, I allready copleted the puzzle where I had to wear 6 pieces bronze armor and got the book.

• did you do the quest under the dam west of Eastwillow? (i.e. meeting the mayor ghost and getting a quest to kill the prospector ghost)
• did you open every chest in the maze on level 2 of the lorewitch tower?
• did you blow up the wall near the exit to level 2 of hammerlorne mine and see the cryptic plaque?

"mayor ghost"? Where's he located? Can't find him in dam/eastwillow.

Have you followed the 'road' deep under the lake? It narrows to one or two tiles and looks like it ends. Step one more tile and game loads to a different section/map for under the lake, ie. West Willow or what remains of it. Look for a temple like structure. The 'mayor ghost is there.

wait, you mean south of eastwillow? or way way to the west of the big lake where the island I have not gotten to yet is?

The road to the west to Ironpool Dam leads to Westwillow.

More specifically, the road to Westwillow is UNDER Ironpool Dam.

Look for a hidden, some what, door on the under side.

Guess I have not advanced plot enough to get right dialog frommdwarven damkeeper. It is a small area and I can't go further there yet.
