Haven't found any good ranger armor or weapons ,except for Sparrows Bow!Anyone know of any boots gloves etc ? Thanks

There isn't anything that is specifically for a ranger.

Sharpshooter pendant helps with bows and concentration.

Chest next to Zeblin has a recurved bow and the later in the game when you get it, the better it's base damage. Then you can imbue it with to hit and damage to make it even better than Warmoth.
