Goodaye,
I've recently read a short article on the Rock, Paper, Shotgun site about the game. Downloaded the demo, liked what I saw and bought it.
I'd like to compliment the designer on two points. First being the interface. Fast, friendly and a pleasure to use. A rare find these days.
Second being the optional 'Challenges'. Really nice touch here. Pretty much what swung the deal for me. Well done.
I'll finish off with a question. 'Move Silently'.
I've noticed that when I'm in direct line of sight to a person or creature the relevant Icon will remain displayed. If I remain stationary the rat, for instance, will come straight up to me and start attacking with the Icon still indicating that I'm 'Moving Silently'.
From reading the manual I understand - perhaps mistakenly - that the Icon only displays if nothing has detected you.
Is this a bug or have I misinterpreted the manual?
Cheers,
Plugger

Re: Feedback
Next line in manual: 'As long as you are moving silently and not in the line of sight of an enemy you will remain unnoticed.' (underlining from me).
The line that fooled you is a bit poorly phrased, as 'undetected' could indeed include visibly undetected, but it obviously only relates to sound here.
It is indeed a great game!

Re: Feedback
If you are moving silently AND either hidden in shadows or invisible, creatures will not notice you.

Re: Feedback
I remember happily bashing either a wolf or some other creature with the Flame Dart spell while having only "Silent" status with no invisibility or "Hidden in Shadows" tag present... The creature was staying still on the edge of the visible screen area.Kreador Freeaxe wrote:If you are moving silently AND either hidden in shadows or invisible, creatures will not notice you.
