SLOW WALKING TIME AGAIN!

Post by dundonalddub »

It seems the worst problems with slow walking occur in Wolfenwood. There are a few more places where this is a problem that kicking their butt with the tab key doesn't help. Where have others had this problem?

Consistently, in both Books I & II, where I get the slowest performance is anyplace with lots of water (e.g. a coastline).

In my current Book II game, where I noticed the slowest performance of all is when I was on a little island in the middle of a lake (I won't say where, as it might be considered a SPOILER) - but on that island, surrounded by water, my game slowed way down.

Suggestion: When it's really slow, go to the options menu item and see what performance score you're getting. Make some changes there to see if anything helps.

Dundonaldub, have you tried my suggestion, especially changing your graphics setting in the options menu? What happened?
