Scrolling not possible in Alchemy window

Windows 7 64bit, EB2 1.03
I can't scroll in the alchemy window but I can scroll in the Magic windows. It's supper annoying to try and click the little arrows (you can't even click on the scroll bar area). Minor, but maddening by the end of the game.
