I'd like to play the game at work (during a break ) but I can't be admin. Is there any possibility to make the game installable for non-admin users?

Unfortunately that is a Windows security/permissions issue and I believe the only solution would be to talk to your IT department about it.

Hm, asking the IT department to give you admin permission to play a game... I wouldn't advise that.

Then again, I know a guy who installed the World of Warcraft client on HIS work system... but frankly I thought he was insane to do so. It wouldn't matter if you were only playing on break, if a suit spotted you, that's it, you're done, adios Tonto and the horse you rode in on...
