I ask this because my spell regeneration time has been brought to a crawl after i spent my last skill points on level up.

My current Meditation level is 10 and my perception attribute level is 30.

I appreciate any insights into this.

Okay, Mediation doesn't appear to be broken. I made a tiny change to the function in the 1.01 patch just to balance Mediation and Survival:

- The highest MP (or HP if we are talking about Survival Skill) recovery rate you can achieve is 1 point every 3 rounds.

- This recovery rate is significantly slowed if you are diseased; multiple diseases will really slow it down, and being cursed means you don't recover any at all.

- Druidic Axiom characters will see this function operate slightly different, as there maximum MP recovery rate is about 2x this when out doors, and half this when in dungeons.

Aha! My current character is diseased. Stupid me.
