hi,

i sold the sting of the queen bee to a vendor and later recognised that i need it for the main quest. after returning to the vendor i had to find out that he sold it / changed his inventory.

could you mark questitems un-sellable?

is it possible for me to get the sting back through a console or something? i would love to continue my current game.

I've noticed this bug just a few minutes ago and go to this forum.
I'm too, killed Hive Queen and sell her stinger. Later, after talking with Lilith and asking her about strange amulet she will give the quest to kill Hive Queen and bring stinger to her. I've sold it already in the first village and now can't buy it again (it was disappeared from merchant's inventory). What should I do?

I don't have a saved game before Hive Queen.

P.S. I've tried to kill Lilith ang got another Amulet with number 15 but this tell me nothing what to do with the main quest further. Anyway, this is not a way.

You can continue the game without the stinger.

Head west toward Blackwater. Snoop around...you'll discover what you need to do there.

This is fixed in the next update (Stinger unsellable).

Just one suggestion: Quest items can't be dropped too.

Too bad that I haven't seen this thread before. The same story with me. I'm quite angry on myself, because I wanted to keep the sting, but then I've decide to sell it for keeping my inventory screen a bit cleaner. I'm always using Quick Save since my character is rather weak. So to get the sting back, I'll have to replay about 6-8 hours. Easier to just restart the game.

Had 1.03 from the beggining.

Have similar issue - I've wasted the bar of Mithril early in the game. Don't rember how - I guess just sold it becouse was low in funds. Now after while I've no idea how to remove this dead quest.

Kill the blacksmith- that removes the quest.
