The Drunken Lizard Pub

New to the game, did some searching but I can't seem to find how to get into the locked bedroom on the second floor of "The Minotaur" tavern in Elderhollow. Is it something I'll get a key and come back to?

I don't recall if there's a key, as I generally either pick the lock or bash the door down (1 point in unarmed combat and a lot of patience will get you through most doorways).

That also may be one to come back to a little later in the game when you've got higher lockpick/unarmed/elemental skill.

You are not supposed to be able to open that door at this point in the game. You need to come back to it later on. There is something special in there, but it won't do you any good at this point......

Ah, but there's all that randomly generated looted behind that locked door.

equip axe or mace in secondary slot. save before bashing doors. use bless(for my build) to enhance damage. bash doors with secondary weap. save often. if weap breaks, load game, repeat.

If you're interesting in finding out what is in there, check my walkthrough, the third section of "Getting experience". Whatever you do though, I suggest you don't forget to come back and get the items in that room eventually.
