Zeblin has a target in his lair that you can shoot at and get a score (10 points for a bullseye, etc.). Anyone know if it has any significance beyond that?
Thanks!

Yeaaaaah!! If you get 50 bullseyes in a row and Zeblin's still alive, he'll make an off-handish reference to a certain tight-wearing-archer-who-robs-from-the-rich-and-gives-to-the-poor and reward you with a crazy, overpowered bow.

Or, I simpler way to get a crazy overpowered bow. . . Kill Zeblin. Take the bow from his drawers/chest (Can't remember which one.)

Zeblin's chest contains a recurved bow (base damage 3), which scales in material with your level up to mahogany (+4 damage). It's still not the best bow in the game, though - a great bow has base damage 4, although there's nowhere to get a scaling one.
And I checked the map file - Zeblin's target doesn't have any special code associated with it. Probably the other archery targets in the game (Hunter's grove in Wolfenwood, the guild headquarters, others?) work the same way.

If you wait 'til later in the game, the base damage goes up: I've found it up to 9.
