The Drunken Lizard Pub

I've played this game before and never had any trouble finding the entrance to Crius Vindica. My scrying glass is showing nothing anywhere on the north coast. What is wrong? Also, I can't find any many anywhere. Help!!!

Do you have the quest to go there? Also, the glass is a little tricky, as you may recall - it's like an arrow with the wavy lines pointing the way. Finally, are you in the right area?

It should show a circular pattern in the northeast west of the wrecked ship. You can also find it by moving the cursor over rocks until it lights up.
