Why it will not let me enter this place?When I try to enter it says "you are needed elsewhere,there is nothing here for you.Is this place an error or what?

Yoma Springs Cavern isn't actually in the game. The plan was originally to implement it in an addon (somewhat like Fathamurk) but it doesn't look like that's likely to happen. The cave entrance is implemented like that probably because that way if they were ever implemented, you'd be able to visit the Caverns using existing savegames rather than having to start a new map (or reset the one map with the cave entrance).
Anyway, short answer: it doesn't exist yet. :)
