It appears to allow only one vote per computer/IP address. But if you have an iPhone or some other smart phone with a web browser, you can vote from it - it's got a different IP address, courtesy of the cellular network!

It won't let me vote for the 2nd rd. Screen comes up and the flashes to 'you already voted' one. I only voted once for the first rd! ...I think...shrug.
