The Drunken Lizard Pub

There is a walled area west of the mage tower that is stumping me. Walls are visible in the NW corner of the Northwest Kessian Basin, the NE corner of Eastern Fellpine Forest, and the SE corner of Mistfell Northern Coast. Is there a way in?

Yes I'd wondered what those walls were about as well but I've just gone around all 4 sides in the map editor and theres nothing at all there.

Early in the development of Book II, BW planned to have side quests for each starting class but they were dropped when work on the game engine improvements ate up too much development time. The general consensus is that there was originally going to be an entrance to that walled area somewhere for one of those side quests, but BW removed it.
