Alright - I'm about to go into Talushorn (Same Character, I just haven't been able to play for a while), but wanted completely maxed gear first. I've already got a sword that is wonderful, and same with helmet, body and boots. I want just wondering if there was a Dragonskin legs or gloves, and if so how rarely do they appear in shops?

They don't appear often. There were a few chests where the loot quality improves the higher level you are when you finally open them.

You are probably good enough on armor at this point if the tauraxes were not hitting you more than 10% of the time. You can enter and leave the first few levels of Talushorn to test this if you don't remember.
