So, very detailed here, but here goes:
Get an unknown alchemy ingredient, equip more weight in hand than somatic requirements allow, then ready the Lore spell. R-clilck on the alchemy ingredient and it pops-up the warning saying "Can't cast the spell" and then proceeds to let you mix the ingredient.
Not a big one, but thought I would report it.
PS: Didn't want to start a thread on this, but hitting caps lock prevents the game from accepting the short-cut keys.
