Hi, I have arrived in Blackwater prior finding the woman by the lake in the forest.I stumbled into the goblin bank, after saving and finding out that by talking to the goblin banker I will be skipping a step on main quest and no longer need to find the woman, I'd decided to reload and exit the bank without talking to the banker.
However, I found I cannot rent the same room anymore, and I cannot destory the door either ( its condition wont go down below 1%)...

So is there anyway for me to get back to the bank now ?

you need to give the password name to get into the special room. a key you picked up along the way will open that eastern house across from the lady at the west gate. inside that house is the note with the password to give the tavern owner for getting the correct room. Foo something, regardless once you get the note you have the option of telling the tavern owern sod off, your correct name, or the password name.

so you need to get into that easter house. the lady is the building just north of the mages guild building stuck in the back off the main streets.

I have the same problem... I went here way before I was supposed to, now I don't have the option to returning to the room. I fear that I've wasted a few hours on this game, will have to restart... boo.

Update to version 1.02. This is fixed.

if you can lockpick or spell the door unlocked across from the single girl who gives you 10 gold for bringing back a letter from her brother on a caravan that got wiped out in the southern deserts. then you can learn the password for the bartender for room access.
