Riftwalker?

Maybe this is a bug, maybe not -- but there's a little corner near the south-western mountains in the Loneloft map where the player can walk into the Rift and walk through to the neighboring map (Northern Crak-something; I don't have it in front of me). And then the player can cruise around in that rift area, essentially walking in blackness, bumping into mountains -- but since there's nothing to find, I'm thinking this might be a bug. Or maybe I haven't yet found out the use for it.

It's a bug. There are a couple infamous barrier holes that allow players to walk out on water or over rifts. I am patching them up as they are found.
