Quite a number of lists do not respond the the scroll wheel or even its own scroll bar. Recipes for example and attributes on the character status screen for another.

Wheel scroll was added to (Book III) Recipe list and Stat Skills this morning.

Any update to Book II will need to wait until after Book III is finished.

Exc key needs to work consistently too. It should be possible to to back all the way out of a menu tree with it.

presently it's very inconsistent.

It's important to maintain a standard on how the UI operates.
