I just received my CD, but it has a crack from the center hole to the edge. It is unplayable. What should I do? Where and to Who should I return it ?

My mother works at USPS, I know how they treat disks....... She's like oh every so often I haear a crack as I cram a package into a box. I'm like that was probably someone's disk for something, she's like whatev. Damn you USPS!!!!!
