Anyone else having site issues today? think the server is struggling to keep up with all the download requests as I keep getting the below error.

Will hopefully clear up once mirrors are available and the initial rush is over.

I've put up a mirror here: http://free-unices.org/eb3/ (I did the same thing for eb2 at launch time).

BW should validate the checksums, but you're free to get the Windows and Linux version from my (small) server.

By the way, BW, if you want me to shut it down, just say the word.

Good call, I may well throw a mirror up on my own server this evening if that's ok with BW.

In fact it looks like the current download links have been disabled?

So it seems.

I guess it was in order to lower the load on the web server while waiting for the mirrors to come up.

Only one Windows link right now, and the Mac and Linux links are disabled.

Makes me glad I grabbed the Mac version earlier this morning!!

One good thing about being otherwise occupied for the last three days is that I didn't have to stress over the server problems. Just bought Book III and downloaded it with no problems.
