There is a "Lightning spell" but it's called "Cast lvl 6 Spark while it's raining for bonus damage"

Darn, no summon creature spell anymore. And I thought summoning an army of bonebiters was fun!

Yikes! Give us a little bit of time!! - I'm working on the complete Spell list now. It should be ready in... maybe a week?

Graven Idol spell replaces Summon Beast. I agree that Summon Beast was more fun (that was the only way to get yourself a "pet"... ), but it had... problems of its own. I'm assuming Graven Idol eliminates those problems.

Has anyone tried to "Mod" a way to actually do that spell? There must be a way to do it...

This is my fault. I pointed out a bunch of problems with Summon Beast during testing, and BW chose to replace it with Graven Idol. It's kind of a shame, since you got some good summons - level 6 was a skeleton archer.

Has anyone tried Graven Idol in the final fight? I think it would be fun.

Totally agree. I'd still like someone to ask BW why the Chancellor of Mistfell was cut from Book II! Etc...

To make up for your terrible sin I think you should explain what the problems were with Summon Beast. :D
Here's what I said at the time:

1. If you attack a friendly target, your beasts will turn on you

2. Beasts are not mobile.

3. Beasts drop normal loot, which makes farming e.g. skeletal archers or bloodborn rogues pretty lucrative.

#2 really cut into their usefulness, especially for beasts without a ranged attack. #3 was highly exploitable, although compared to Farwalker's skeleton farm it now seems a bit tame.
