Quest questions (spoilers)

1.

[+] SPOILER: Does anybody know who owns the bow Edgar needs in order to be laid to rest? I couldn't find him anywhere.

2.

[+] SPOILER: I found my way to Master Warren's crypt and figured out the meaning of the words (they're basic anagrams, so not hard) but it doesn't seem to make complete sense and the words I tried, that made sense to me, weren't the correct ones. Is there a clue to this anywhere?

I came up with the wrong anagram for the last word and spent hours using the riddle as a clue to find the "right" answer.
