The only reference to that filename I'm seeing online is piracy forums, one of which makes it look like it might have come from GoG. The file direct from Basilisk Games is eb3_setup.exe:

sorry about that, actually there is a typo in the name there is no g at the end of 'lon'

and I most definitly got it from GoG, I have the email receipt save.
