i see a blue lock. I have a blue key. the lever still won't work?

The bluish key is for a door in the Seawarden's Guild.

Where is the blue lock? Usually the key you need is nearby.

there is broken lever (nearly every scripted lever are broken and throw script error if hit by projectile) that have blue lock on it but dont require any key. (it will open last room)

key instead used for room with kitten.

ahh! I saw the blue level that had a smallish blue lock. I already had kitteh! he was nice never scratched, calmly waited through battles, resting, etc. very great cat.

I already had picked that lock.

I know - he was amazingly calm as I threw him rapidly into my backpack and ran off to avoid a fight with a marauder.

kitten is most memorable quest in game for me...

i want the kitten to follow me around.
