i forgot how to/if you could actually:

make a recipe. I am tired of shooting arrows in dark. and i know how to make cat's eye but i dont have recipe.

my brain is glitching and i did not see it in pdf manual

The recipe for Cat's Eyes brew is

. It's not in the manual because you're supposed to have to find it in-game.

so A) you can/have to find it in game

and B) if you homebrew it, you can't script a recipe.

Sorry, I'm not sure what you're asking. You can find the recipe in-game, and once you learn it it will show up in your alchemy book. Does that answer your question?

no what I mean is this...

when u don't have recipe you can make it by DRAGGING the 3 items to screen. 1 at a time.
i did this and made cat's brew. do I have an option, once I "invent' it, to write down the recipe.

in skyrim when you discover something it keeps track.

No, sorry, Eschalon doesn't do that. Interesting idea, though.
