SKILLS: Trainer/Book availability

Class/axiom combos that provide the given starting skill, listed in parentheses.
TRAINER + BOOK:
- Alchemy
- Arcane, Elemental (Ath/Dru/Nef/Ag Mage)
- Armor, Heavy
- Armor, Light
- Armor, Shields (Dru Fighter)
- Cartography
- Foraging (Dru Ranger)
- Lore
- Medicine (Dru Healer)

- Pick Locks (Ath Rogue)

I'm not sure if the book and trainer mechanics are the same as in Book II. Can someone confirm if they are? (If so, reading the book gets you to level 1, or +2 skill levels otherwise; trainers get you as high as level 8.)
Of the merchants, Arima, Shelta, Dannia, and Alexx are the ones who will stock books.
I guess the Nefarious Healer is still technically the way to go if you want to min-max.
