Swarm Help

How confront insect swarms west of Rock Hammer? They're immune to arrows and piercing weapons! Maybe through spells?

Spells work. Bludgeoning apparently works too. Not sure about Unarmed Combat...

Demon Oil might be a good way to attack them, though I hadn't actually tried that myself.

Unarmed combat works too. I'm building a powerhouse barbarian type character right now that just swats the bugs with one massive punch!

I'm assuming that Swords
don't work on the Swarms, yes?
What about Cleaving Weapons?...

Swords certainly work just fine, think cleaving does as well.

Swords certainly work just fine, think cleaving does as well.
Hmmm... Me-no-like-y Swords working on the Swarms. At best, I feel like Swords should only be able to do
half damage on them.

sword does indeed half damage. Bludgeon and magic are the best against this creatures.
However swords are doing a fine enough job.

I've resolved the matter through Unarmed Combat. Not the best solution, but it works.

OK, if that's the case - objection withdrawn!!
But, yeah - Swords doing half-damage against the swarms seems completely fair.
Anyone know what Cleaving does against the swarms?...
