I have some questions:

1. Can demon oil take down wooden barriers if I can't bash them?

2. How do I get the pearl just offshore on the 1 tile island in Deadman's Strand?

3. I finished exploring Deadman's Strand and took the exit in the NW to a small area of Rockhammer. I can see that there is an area of Rockhammer that I can't get to, blocked by a wooden gate. How do I get there?

How many in-game days does it take for merchants to regenerate their items? Does this regenerate their money? I have stuff that I want to sell that they can't afford.

Yes.

See 1. (or use explosive barrel...).

Seven game days. And I think their cash does reset too...

You can't, as far as I know. It is entertaining that it actually has a pearl in it, though - most inaccessible containers don't have contents.

Yes, the store owners cash reset every 7 in-game days along with item stock.

Merchants restock 7 games days from when you first visit that merchant.
