The Drunken Lizard Pub

I'm supposed to talk to some guy in Shadowmirk. Can't find him. No-one on the second level has a name and none of them will talk to me. Am I missing something after managing to get to the second level?

There's a 3rd level...

[edit] It's through the "Proving Chamber" (I think that's what I called it).

I had a feeling that might be the answer, but as I'm playing a mage I try to avoid unnecessary combat and I doubt that will be possible in there!!

speaking of this quest...

i killed the guy on the third level after he saw me loot his chest ealier in the game. am i hosed? there was a quest item in the chest that i got.

Well, he would have told you what to do next. I would go back to a saved game before you killed him, however if you know what needs to be done, you could continue and finish the game without his input.

Hello!!! I have been wandering around forever and cant find a way to get into the tower... Anyone can help me?

You haven't wandered around enough yet. When the front door is locked, you can always check the back....
