List of diseases and their effects?

Is there a listing of diseases with a description of their effects available somewhere?

Some of the diseases I have come across and their effects are:
Eye Fungus - crusty, seeping scrabs limiting your vision. Eye Fungus effects concentration.
Dungeon Fever -achy, sore and weak. Dungeon Fever effects strength.
Rusty Knuckles- finger joints, elbows and kness become swollen and extremely painful. Rusty Knuckles effects dexterity and speed.
