I have some minor suggestions that IMO would further improve the game :
It think it would be a good thing if some sound-effect played when someone turns hostile because they saw you commit a crime (similar to the one playing when there is an area description). It's very easy to miss the text message, and I had to replay a portion of the game, because I had not realized that I had made an important questgiver angry.
I couldn't sell the magical spear I had found, because it was too valuable. No merchant had enough money. I think you should be able to sell expensive stuff anyway (but for less than what it's worth of course, up to the max money the merchant has in his inventory). It feels wrong to have to just throw it away.
Massive SPOILERS about the werewolf quest:
Maybe this is a bug. When I talked to the merchant who I was sent to kill (because he was a werewolf), he told me it was the other way around, and the questgiver was in fact the real werewolf. I agreed to go back and kill him instead. Some time later I changed my mind again, and killed the merchant, and it turned out that the original questgiver had told me the truth from the beginning.
I returned with the fur to him, but now I couldn't give it to him, because I had agreed to side with the merchant (before changing my mind again). I think both ways to solve the quest should stay open until you actually kill one of them. Except for this, it was an interesting quest, I like when you can do things in different ways and have to make decisions

END SPOILER
Once again, great game, it feels very polished, and I have only experienced a single bug (sunder flesh crash, but I know that it will be fixed in the patch).
