vendor refresh

I searched the forums but did not find an answer to this question:

How many days before a vendor refreshes?

specifically I am hoping to get new books. so annoyed I have not found light armor book yet. sigh. and my only hope is either random loot or to keep trying vendors.

what vendors sell books? I think I have only seen 2 so far

Vendors basically refresh once a week. However, I kind of wonder if there isn't a little more to it than that. I had some trouble once waiting for a specific vendor's inventory to change. It occurred to me that running into his shop every day might have delayed his refresh rate.........

Vendors refresh every 7 days, though the exact time of day when they refresh may be fungible or just unclear. I think it's at dawn. There are three vendors in the main part of the game that regularly carry training books, the Innkeeper in Eastwillow, and two ladies in Port Kuudad.
