Set Forums Timezone

In my settings I have it set to Pacific Standard Time, yet the forums are one hour ahead? Is this an error or are the forums set to one time zone regardless of what you select in your account settings?

I believe there is a box for DST. That could very well be your problem (it was mine at one point).
Not that it matter for much longer, with DST starting again in two weeks.
