Hello from the other side of the world,
please con you tell if you have any plans for a german version ? It´s (luckily) a lot of text and but I have to admit that sometimes my english is not good enough
But anyway thanks for the little piece of old fashioned RPG, the start was quite satisfactory.
Kind regards
Eric

Re: German version
Basilisk will be relying on/working with fans for localizations of the game.

Re: German version
Best advice is probably to E-mail BW at info -AT- basiliskgames DOT com, and ask BW directly on the status of a German translation, and whether you can help.DetlevH wrote:Any news here?

Last we've heard, I think there's a BETA French language pack, but no word yet on the other language packs for Book II...

Re: German version
Apparently translations are harder than most people assumed!
We're working with fans on French, Russian, Spanish, and Polish versions, but no one has yet finished any of these the translations.
I am hesitant to start a German translation when so many others have yet to be completed.

Any News about that? Will there be a german version soon?
Thanks!

Based on what BW just said, it sounds like:Guthlac wrote:Any News about that? Will there be a german version soon?
Thanks!
If you want Book II in your langauge, you're going to have to translate it yourself.
I know that's kind of bad for the non-English language fans of Eschalon. But, hopefully, some will take that up as a challenge to contact BW and try to work up some translation packs for Book II.
