I just discovered another fact about these lovely creatures. They attack Tauraxes!

I use arrows, and I find the hit rate is best when I'm standing 2- 5 spaces away.
If you have more than one to deal with, walk round and around them so they bunch up together. (Don't let them get right next to you!) Keep attacking one in the middle of the group. When it finally dies, it will ...
