I am running 10.5.1 on an intel Mac and the map does not overwrite.
I am a bit skeptical of this, especially since the game appears to be coded to overwrite.

This would be a good point, but, should buckey re-equip the amulet, he would need to remap the area he blurred out.

Buffs increase min/max damage ...this means that Bless lvl 6 will ALWAYS increase all possible damage by +6. As to damage absorption, I do not believe it makes any sense to have the lowest lvl mobs absorbing the small amount of damage low lvls are able to dish out. But why do you persist in believin...

Hmm...I swear Ive swung at many a monster with Bless lvl6, scored a max non-crit hit, and, on a separate occasion, hit with no damage (same mob type).

Unless you have some kind of specific data proving otherwise, I still strongly believe myself to be correct. Perhaps BW could illuminate us.

I have no problems with a 2-button mouse, though. Try shift-clicking, just in case.

Its worth noting that there is a penalty to hit for LONG-RANGE and POINT-BLANK attacks.

Also, I believe that the whole hit w/ no dmg is just extra flavor for a miss.

It seems even more absurd to believe the tavern keeper didnt have a weapon of some type (given the perilous era)...perhaps a cudgel? That seems to be a fantasy staple.

Out of curiosity, why does no one suggest increasing graphic disabling options, similar to other (commercial) games). This would help solve the problem-both groups get what they want, and the customer base is expanded (if only slightly). Also, it appears that more mac users are having more speed hol...

The point is that there is ultimately only ONE way that all characters will be played, especially for maximized rewards. There is literally no reason to play a rogue because all of the benefits of playing a rogue are replicated by a warrior/mage. Not only that, but the warrior/mage is much more effi...
