How can I get the golden key?

Where is it?
I can't find it in the Vela.Is it a bug?

I haven't gotten that far myself, but given that others have finished the game; I would say that there might be some part of Vela you haven't investigated. If it's carried by a meanie, perhaps the bag is hidden behind another object (wall or other terrain feature.) I know I've almost missed bags because of a bad drop.

Hint: Where in vela is a barrel blocking your way? Smash it and travel.
