near end of game bug

Hi,

I just encountered a little bug:

I was on my kill all 'n everything run, just the darkfort inner guard and the magic guild guy
where "online".

when I tried to kill the magic guild guy the game quits back to desktop as soon as this guy tries to perform some magic attack on me
(you could see, he raises his hands ... then black screen)

I've done several methods, only when avoiding of being attacked, you can overcome this situation

PS: sorry for the grammar, it is a little bit late (or to say early) over here...
PPS: the guy should know how to deal with magic, he taught me 5 levels of elemental

try killing with demon oil but not directly.

Or be invisible or hidden in shadows when you attack him, so he can't find you to cast his spell.
