Automapping question

I think this was covered in the other thread, but you can also just leave Cartography at 1. That way without the boost, it redraws only the brown borders that level 1 gives you. This does not overwrite the additional details higher levels give you.

My solution was to train Cartography to 17. That way I always have all the info and I don't need to worry about taking up slots with Cartography boosting items or continually recasting the spell. The map it pretty nice at the max level.
