my character have been cursed, how do i get him healed again, please help

To remove the curse, you need "spiritual restoration" not healing. The only two ways to do that are through a priest or through the dehex spell.

where do i get a dehex spell, can i make it, if so what is the ingredients

You have to buy it from any of the spell vendors, assuming they have one in stock. Then you have to have high enough stats and skill in divination to use it.
