Mixing bug causes loss of equipment

I believe I've run into a bug. I bought a ZOMG lord ranger bracers and went to enchant them so I have them in the cauldron plus the other reagents. Hit F2 for quicksave as I realize I hadn't saved in a while. Enchant my gear and crap, didn't put on my brewing rings so I only got the +1. Restore to that checkpoint and bracers + reagents are gone.

I went through and tried it again, this time via a normal save with the same results. Mac version but I doubt that'll matter and I'm a new buyer (damn PA for their wonderful suggestion) so it ought to be patched up to date.

Anyways, no worries but thought I'd point it out. Thanks for the game, it's made me want to fire up my old Ultima collection disc.
