Missing a key

Hi, I seem to be missing a key. I've got a red key, a green key, and a blue key. What's the missing key, and how do I find it? Thank you for any tips!

You're missing the gold key, and I'm pretty sure that's the one you get in Shadowmirk in Northeast Thaermore. If not, then it's from the goblin chief in Vela.

I just checked Vela and Shadowmirk (I've been to both places before) but they were both cleared out. There's nothing up on level 3 in Shadowmirk but the wizard; there's nothing alive in Vela but me.

Are you sure you explored Vela thoroughly? Did you get over to the area where the fungal slimes are? If you didn't find the goblin chief, keep looking.
