SO BORED

I've stopped to play Computer Games.
I've been always CRPGs player and enjoyed a lot of good titles.
But today the old good feeling seems deisappeared.
I've bought Oblivion and Two Wolrds, played them and both left me with a sad sensation.
Now. I use my pc to work and write novels, and playing game sis oftena way to get a break.
I hope ESCHALON BOOK wil bring back some old memories.

For the moment I'll look for some relax in good music and good books.

Hurry up BASILISK!!!!

I am worried this same thing is going to happen to me. I love getting lost in a "true" RPG game.

Im afraid the type I like are going to disappear completely, I sure hope the does not happen.

I have been playing some classics lately, luckily I havent played them is so long I dont remember very much, so its fun again.

Playing through Fallout 2 (NEver finished this first time), Wasteland, Ultima IV, V and VII......

Lets hope they survive!

I think they will. As I mentioned in reply to your other post about the complexity of the older RPGs, we're seeing more indie RPGs coming out now, games that look back to the old classics.

Sure hope so. Im hoping that a few of the indy's do well and get a decent sized following so they can make enough money to make some good games for a while.

The spiderweb games are great, just need a touch better graphics and maybe some better documentation and they would be classics. I play them though.

I hope Bethsoft will do a good work with Fallout 3.... I hope.
For the rest, we can only desire that ugly empty rpgs will migrate on PSP and XBOX in the next years and good old rpgs reborn on pcs.
Pc is also used for work so I hope it'll remain an instrument used by more mature people (looking for more mature and complex games)
