Okay, I can see by our site stats that a majority of our visitors are Windows people, but I'd like to hear from the Mac people now...

Well, actually I've got both. My main Mac (G4) computer has the PowerPC and my laptop has Intell.

I also have both. I doubt I'm getting rid of the G5 desktop anytime soon, since I want to be able to use Classic, but I still do a lot on my Intel iMac at work and Intel MacBook on the road.

I have both too, but it's the Intel one where I'd prefer to play.

Thanks for supporting Mac gaming! We may be small, but we're loud (and appreciative)! :)

I won't have an Intel Mac until the middle of next year at the earliest. I'm looking forward to playing this game!

Universal Binary would be best

I have a PowerBook G4. Since I am a college student with a low budget, I will not be able to upgrade to an Intel mac for some time (sadly). However, I would love to be able to play this game before then. Thanks for asking us which processor we would like!

PowerPC G4

Post by Wyvernspirit »

I currently own a Quicksilver 2002 Power Mac with upgraded CPU and graphics. Ir doesn't appear to allow me to play this game as yet, but it would be nice. The game look like something I would like and would be in line to get it if it runs on my machine.

I've got both at home. Mac is a dual 2.7 PowerPC. PC is (I think, can't remember atm) single 2.4Ghz.

I've got a G4 Powerbook myself. Its top of the line, but still a PPC!

I really appreciate you asking about this! It means a lot and shows consideration. That goes a long way in the Mac community.

My best friend owns an Intel, and I know he'd play this as well.

I'm a big fan of Spiderweb software, particularly the Geneforge series. This game looks similar in a retro sense, but mucho superior in all other respects. :) I can't wait!
