chest in cabin near queen hive cave

I was looking for queen hive and stumble across a cabin with 4 goblins. In this cabin there was a chest with a slider (pick number between 1 and 200). However, I see no hint as to what the slider should be set to - where is the hint or am i suppose to try all 200 numbers ?

bleh. I found the ring but haven't returned to the lady yet - i guess now would be a good time to do that thanks for the hint !
